Since 5th April 2020, we have delivered over 26,000 handmade hearts across the UK  to include hospitals, hospices, care/nursing homes, and funeral directors. We have also had contact from people all over the world including the US, India, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, and Australia as part of our #internationalkindnessexchange during COVID19.

We now have more than 600 Creative Volunteers across the UK, kindly making hearts for the charity and sending them to our central HQ or one of our Kindness Ambassador hubs.
